User Types & Accounts

Important: DD Tailors is a B2B platform. There are no customer accounts—only business accounts for tailoring shop owners and authorized staff.

User Types:
• Shop Owners: Business owners who register their tailoring shops
• Administrators: Users with full access to manage all shop aspects
• Tailors: Staff members who fulfill orders and manage assignments
• Staff Members: Employees with various roles and permissions

Business Registration

To use DD Tailors, you must:
• Register as a tailoring shop owner OR be added by a shop owner
• Provide accurate business information (shop name, address, contact, tax info)
• Maintain current business registration details

Customer Data Management

As a DD Tailors user, you are the data controller for your customer data. DD Tailors acts as a data processor.

Your Responsibilities:
• Obtain appropriate consent from customers to store their data
• Accurately take and record measurements
• Verify measurements before order fulfillment
• Update customer information when necessary
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness

Family Members: You may store measurements for customer family members. Ensure proper authorization exists.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer: DD Tailors is not responsible for errors in customer data or measurements that result in order issues.

Subscription Plans

DD Tailors offers:
• Free forever plan with limited features
• Paid subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Free trial periods for new subscribers
