1. Agreement Scope
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the user) and Duo Dev Technologies governing your use of DD Calculator. By installing or using the Application, you accept all terms of this EULA.
2. License Terms
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license. The license is non-exclusive - others may also use the Application. The license is revocable if you violate these terms. You may install the Application on multiple personal devices.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT remove copyright notices or proprietary markings. You may NOT use the Application for commercial purposes without authorization. You may NOT modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works. You may NOT attempt to derive source code through reverse engineering.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Application. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies Duo Dev Technologies may have.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Duo Dev Technologies DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
