7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New DD Tailors subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if:
• It's their first subscription
• Account has not been used extensively
• Request is made within 7 days

Data Export Before Cancellation
Before canceling, we recommend exporting:
• Customer Records (names, contacts, family details)
• Measurements (all body measurements, garment specifications)
• Order History (order details, status, payment information)
• Inventory Data (fabric and material records)
• Financial Reports (sales, expenses, payment records)
How to Export:
1. Log in to DD Tailors
2. Navigate to Settings > Data Management > Export Data
3. Select data categories
4. Choose format (CSV, Excel, PDF)
5. Download files
Retention: Data available for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
