Important Notice

This is a product-specific policy. In case of any conflict between this policy and our Common Policies, this product-specific policy shall prevail for the applicable product.

1. In-App Deletion Controls

You can delete your data directly in the app:
1. Clear All Data: removes locally stored profile, sessions, routes, and notifications.
2. Data Retention: automatically removes sessions older than your selected retention period.

2. Device-Level Removal

Uninstalling the app removes app data according to your device or platform behavior.

3. Manual Deletion Requests

If you need help with deletion requests, contact support@duodev.in with:
1. App name: RunRoute
2. Device platform (Android or iOS)
3. Request description

4. Third-Party Data Considerations

1. Crash diagnostics may be processed by Firebase Crashlytics when enabled.
2. Map and routing requests may be processed by Google Maps Platform.

If a deletion request involves third-party processed data, we will guide you based on available controls and provider policies.

5. No Account-Based Backend Profile

RunRoute currently does not require account sign-in and does not maintain a backend user profile database for activity history.
