RunRoute Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RunRoute mobile app and the RunRoute website at https://runroute.duodev.in, provided by Duo Dev Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the app, using the website, or creating a RunRoute account, you agree to these Terms.

1. You must be legally allowed to use RunRoute in your jurisdiction.
2. If parental consent is required by local law for your age, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use.

RunRoute provides fitness-tracking features including route tracking, route generation, session history, statistics, and related insights for activities such as walking, running, jogging, and cycling. An optional RunRoute account lets you back up and sync your data and view it on the website.

1. An account is optional. You can use the app in Guest Mode without one.
2. You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google.
3. Provide accurate information, and use only an email address you own.
4. Keep your password and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@duodev.in if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
5. You can delete your account at any time, in the app (Profile > Delete Account), on the website, or at https://runroute.duodev.in/account/delete. Deletion is permanent, as described in the RunRoute Data Deletion Policy.

You agree to:

1. Use RunRoute lawfully and responsibly.
2. Follow local traffic, safety, and public-access laws while performing activities.
3. Keep device permissions and settings accurate for intended operation.

RunRoute is not medical advice. Do not rely on RunRoute as a substitute for professional medical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your use of RunRoute is also governed by the RunRoute Privacy Policy (https://legal.duodev.in/products/runroute/privacy-policy) and the RunRoute Data Deletion Policy (https://legal.duodev.in/products/runroute/data-deletion-policy).

Certain features rely on third-party services such as Google Maps Platform, Google Sign-In, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics for Firebase, and OpenFreeMap. Their services and policies may apply independently.

You must follow the RunRoute Acceptable Use Policy (https://legal.duodev.in/products/runroute/acceptable-use-policy). In particular, you must not:

1. Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the app, the website, or our servers.
2. Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or networks.
3. Use RunRoute for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

All rights in the app and the website, including code, branding, and content (excluding third-party assets and licenses), are reserved by Duo Dev Technologies and its licensors. Your activity data remains yours.

RunRoute is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Availability and accuracy may be affected by GPS conditions, networks, device state, and third-party service uptime. See the RunRoute Disclaimer (https://legal.duodev.in/products/runroute/disclaimer).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duo Dev Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of RunRoute.

1. We may limit or discontinue access to RunRoute or its features if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
2. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where appropriate and permitted by law, we will tell you why.
3. You may stop using RunRoute and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer and privacy rights in your local jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Updated versions will show a new version number and effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
